German class times in Accra: when each age group meets at our centre in Airport West, and which times are free this month.
Groups at Studyfreunde are built by level, so you can see at a glance whether a time fits your week before you get in touch. Levels move on and new groups open, so the exact slots change during the year. The plan below shows this month’s groups and the free slots.
When our German groups meet
Groups of up to four, 60 minutes per lesson. The dots show taken places. Closed on Mondays.

How our groups work
Four things to know before you pick a time.
Four learners, 60 minutes
Every group has at most four learners and every lesson runs a full 60 minutes. A group opens when people at the same level can come at the same time, and closes to new joiners once it is full.

Not sure where you stand? You do not have to guess. We check your level in the free trial lesson and tell you honestly which group fits.
Your level is not on the plan?
Free slots are open time, not closed time. Tell us which afternoons suit you. A new group opens when a second learner at your level asks for the same slot. Until then the group can start with you alone and grows as others join.
Children and teens apart
A seven year old and a fifteen year old need very different lessons, even at the same level. So each age group learns separately.
Public holidays
We are closed on Ghanaian public holidays. A month with five Saturdays gives five Saturday lessons, a month with four gives four. Over a year this balances out, so the monthly fee stays the same.

Questions about class times in Accra
Joining, missing a lesson and what happens on public holidays.
Can we join a group that has already started?
Yes. Learners join throughout the year, and the monthly fee is worked out proportionally if you start in the middle of a month.
What if no group fits our times?
Tell Vanessa which times would work. If a level is not running or a group is full, a new group opens on request.
What happens if we miss a lesson?
Cancel by 6pm on the day before and you can make up one lesson per month in another group at the same level with a free place, within four weeks. After that a lesson cannot be replaced or refunded. If Studyfreunde cancels, you get a replacement lesson or your money back.
Are there lessons on public holidays?
Studyfreunde is closed on Ghanaian public holidays. The monthly fee covers the lesson days that fall in that calendar month, so a month with five Saturdays has five lessons and a month with four has four.
