When you contact us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, telephone number and message. You may also share a learner’s age, German level, goals or availability so that Studyfreunde can suggest suitable lessons.
Please provide only information needed for your enquiry. Fields marked as required are needed to submit the relevant form. You can also contact us by email or telephone.
3. How we use your information
We use enquiry information to answer questions, discuss suitable lessons, arrange trials and lesson times, and manage our relationship with learners and families. Technical information may be used to maintain and protect the website.
We do not take payments through this website and do not use enquiry details for email marketing.
4. Website forms, hosting and email
The website runs on WordPress and is hosted through Namecheap. Our enquiry forms use MetForm. Form submissions are stored in the website database and notifications are sent to info@studyfreunde.com. Studyfreunde handles enquiries using Google email services.
Our hosting and email providers process information as part of delivering these services. Information may be processed outside Ghana under the providers’ own privacy terms.
5. Google Maps, fonts and external links
The contact page includes an embedded Google Map. Some pages load fonts from Google. When these services load, your browser connects to Google and can share technical details such as your IP address and browser information. Google Maps may also use cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to those services when you choose to follow them. Their own privacy policies apply to information you share there.
