Find the right plan for your goals

Every lesson lasts 60 minutes, at every age. Study Start includes one lesson per week for GHS 1,200 per month. Study Pro includes two lessons per week for GHS 2,200 per month. Study Plus includes three lessons per week for GHS 3,200 per month. In-person groups have a maximum of four learners.

You can switch plans at the start of any new month. Contact us before your next billing date and we arrange the change.

Your plan is charged per month and the lessons follow the calendar, not a fixed number. A class that meets once a week takes place on every one of those weekdays in the month, so a month with five Saturdays has five lessons and a month with four Saturdays has four.

The months with five lesson days are the balance for the public holidays. Over a calendar year a weekly course has 52 lesson days, while twelve months of four would only be 48. Those four extra lessons a year fall in the months with five lesson days. Ghanaian public holidays, on which Studyfreunde is closed, take about two of them back. Over the year the two cancel each other out, which is why the monthly fee stays the same in every month.

No. All materials and worksheets are included in your plan. There is no admission fee and no registration fee.

Yes. A family discount of 10% applies from the second family member enrolled, and 15% from the third. Siblings can share a group or learn at their own level, and parents are welcome to join with their own membership.

Tell us the learner’s age, current level and preferred times, either on WhatsApp or through our contact page. We suggest a suitable group, you try a free lesson, and if it fits we send the enrolment details. Your place is reserved once the first monthly fee is paid.

By mobile money or bank transfer. Fees are paid monthly, in advance of the month the lessons take place. You will receive an invoice with the payment details before each new month begins.

You can enrol at any time of year, not only at the start of a term. Groups are formed by age and level, so we will tell you which one currently has space.

A whole membership: memberships can be cancelled on a monthly basis, including when you need a break or are travelling. Contact Studyfreunde to arrange your final month and discuss returning when you are ready.

A single lesson: please cancel by 6pm on the day before your lesson. We will then offer a replacement lesson, subject to availability in a suitable group. Cancellations after 6pm the day before cannot be replaced or refunded. If Studyfreunde cancels a lesson, you can choose a replacement lesson or a refund.
